Q - How can I pay?

 We try to make payment as easy as possible for you. You can complete your order securely using the following payment methods:
- iDEAL
- EPS
– Sofort Banking
- KBC: via the trusted online payment environment of your bank
Klarna: with Klarna you pay 14 days after receiving your products.
Credit card: with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express
PayPal: with the ease of your PayPal account

Q - I have placed my order, can I still change it?

A -
 It is not possible to change the order after you have placed it. This applies to address changes, adjusting your ordered products and the cancellation of your order. If you have changed your mind, you can return your products.

Q - How do I follow the status of my order?

A - We are keen to keep you up to date with your order. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order has been packed and is on its way, allowing you to keep an eye on its status with our carriers.

Q - Do I have to pay shipping costs?

A - We like to make online ordering as attractive as possible. Orders over €39 are delivered free of charge. There is a €4,95 delivery charge for orders under €39.

Q - What should I do if I have ordered something incorrectly, can I cancel my order?

A - No problem! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Of course, you may accidentally make the incorrect choice, or change your mind. After placing your order, we can no longer change this for you. After receiving your products you can of course return.


Q - I have not received an order confirmation, has my order been placed successfully?

A - Your order confirmation will generally arrive within an hour completion of your order (also check your spam folder). If it has not arrived, check whether the purchase amount has been deducted from your account. If this is the case, you can safely assume that the order has been successful. You can also find your order number in the payment reference.Please inform us if you have not received confirmation a few hours after placing your order, so we can let you know if everything has gone well.
