Shipping

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 4 p.m. on the same day. However, we do not always succeed in achieving this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. On the product page there is an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices quoted are exclusive of shipping costs.
Delivery takes place via the postman or parcel deliverer from DHL. In general the delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery.

Reflection time / return

It may happen that you want to return an order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. Provided that the packaging is undamaged and unopened.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping. The costs for returning from your home to the web store are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right you can contact us via info@diamond-hair.eu. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, then we can pass on the value reduction of the product to you. Treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged on a return.
